Speechless

I don't really have much to say about this picture except that out of all the famous people I have seen, I was the most uncool with him. Talk about a stuttering idiot.
Actually, I should thank my friend Rachael for letting me pose with John and for taking the picture with her camera. I felt rather bad afterward because we didn't get a picture of her with him.

That's pretty cool. I hope I would have the wisdom to stay silent rather than reveal my stupidity with blather. But probably not.

That's a great picture. I think the closest I've ever been to a celebrity was at Pere Lachaise, actually, when someone in our group recognized Ritchie Sambora at Chopin's grave. I didn't even recognize him so my "me with a famous person" photo op went unrealized. Paris really is great! Good for you.

My friend and I were walking down a street and we walked right by him. We both freaked out and sat on a bench for a little while, trying to work the courage up to go and talk to him. Meanwhile two Aussie's walked up and started freaking out too. John went into the Lancel store and we talked to the Aussie's until John came back out.

I am not sure I would have actually asked for a picture if the Aussie's hadn't asked for one first. I mumbled something about liking his work and then smiled like a big puppy for the picture.

It was a total random siting on a totally random day. Just luck!
